LuxuryMonacoHotels.com is an independent travel guide to the luxury hotels of Monaco. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect directly
This site does not ask you to create an account, and it has no contact or newsletter form. If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it.
The site stores one small item in your browser's local storage: your preferred language, so that the language switcher remembers your choice. That never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
Third parties
Several third parties are involved in serving this site, and each has its own privacy policy.
- GetYourGuide — we embed GetYourGuide's live-availability widgets and affiliate tracking script. These set cookies and process data such as your IP address and the pages you visit in order to attribute bookings. See GetYourGuide's own privacy policy for detail.
- Hotel booking partners — following an affiliate link takes you to a partner's own site, where their policies and cookies apply. Any booking you make is with them, not with us, and we never see your payment details.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's CDN, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address.
- Our hosting provider — keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Cookies on this site come from the third parties listed above, principally GetYourGuide's affiliate attribution. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not stop the site working, though it may prevent a booking being attributed to us.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. In practice we hold very little — most likely nothing beyond an email you have sent us. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
For data held by GetYourGuide or a hotel booking partner about a booking you made, you will need to contact them directly, as they are the controller for it.
